We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Controller to join our dynamic and innovative team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while driving the adoption of best practices across the organization. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive process improvements, manage risk, and deliver insightful financial reporting. We are a fast growing, multi-entity, multi-division, global business. The Corporate Controller will play a critical role in building, standardizing, and implementing accounting policies and procedures that ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
As a key leader in the finance function, the Corporate Controller will guide a high-performing team, mentor staff, and contribute to the financial health and operational effectiveness of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Oversee and execute month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial reporting packages.
Ensure global compliance with tax regulations (sales/VAT) and accounting standards; manage the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
Coordinate and manage external audits and relationships with tax consultants.
Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, reporting processes, and team efficiency.
Support investigation and roll out of a future ERP implementation to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Accurate recording of intercompany transactions across global subsidiaries and solid execution of multi-entity consolidations including multiple foreign currencies.
Manage external accounting teams, including local experts for international subsidiaries, to ensure compliance with local regulations, adherence to company policies, and consistency in financial reporting.
Present financial analysis and strategic insights to senior leadership to inform key business decisions.
Act as a financial liaison across departments to ensure alignment between operational performance and financial outcomes.
