As GeologicAI Core Handler, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid geologists at our logging site. Your duties will include:

  • Prepare Core which includes layout, inventory QC and the movement of slabbed core, Loading/Unloading Core on to tables.
  • Further handling of core which consists of storing core on racking or disposing of core in appropriate bins.
  • Sampling of core which includes bagging and labelling of materials.
  • Collaborate with and assist with our Geologists with regards to logging of core and any troubleshooting that may arise
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Comfortable working and living in work camps, remote locations and/or small towns.
  • Willing to adhere to client safety policies when working on operating mine sites.

GeologicAI Scanning Operator

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our field operations team, you will be operating our GeologicAI rock scanning robots helping our clients gain new geological insights into their resources. Working in our labs and in the field, you will be prepping core samples for scanning, running, and maintaining the equipment, and processing scan data in our custom software. You’ll use your technical knowledge and common sense to make sure our clients get the best data possible and will interact with client geologists to help them get the most out of the amazing data you are generating.

Product Specialist – Core Table & AutoSampler

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Product Specialist to support the Geoscience team and head of Core Table Development for our Core Table and AutoSampler platforms. These tools help geologists digitally log drill core, visualize data, and make sampling decisions with the aid of AI and advanced sensors.

This role spans product strategy, client engagement, technical documentation, software support processes, and geoscience delivery, making it ideal for a geologist who wants to lead impactful software development with real-world consequences. You will be a key execution partner, ensuring smooth product delivery and client success, while gaining exposure to technical product development and applied geoscience.

This role is positioned for growth. As we continue to lead innovation in AI-enabled geologic software, this individual will be a key member help to drive product vision, foster cross-team collaboration, drive innovation in cross-functional teams, and lead future development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Coordination

  • Assist the Product Specialist and Head of Core Table Development in managing product roadmaps, timelines, and Jira boards
  • Work with the Technical Advisory Geologist (TAG) team to scope and develop Core Table products, integrate and ensure product consistency across clients, and ensure software efficiency on internal Core Logging campaigns
  • Partner with the TAG team to provide remote and on-site client demos, educational sessions on GeologicAI’s advanced product suite, application of DCT on logging workflows, and deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Help draft, refine, and organize user stories, feature specs, and documentation updates
  • Translate client and internal stakeholder needs into structured product releases
  • Support internal tracking of feature development, testing, and release readiness
  • Coordinate logistics and content for product releases, demos, and internal updates

Documentation & Training

  • Help develop and update product documentation, training resources, and SOPs
  • Assist in creating video tutorials and online learning materials (using Loom, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Create and maintain an online training portal and ensure all new features are properly documented
  • Organize and support onboarding pathways for internal and external users.
  • Create and maintain a user database to track training of Digital Core Table Users.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Assess issues and client software inquiries, then escalate as needed
  • Track and evaluate client feature requests, assess feasibility against internal priorities and product vision, and communicate approval or denial decisions accordingly
  • Help prepare newsletters, release notes, and client-facing communication materials
  • Support webinars, product demos, and training sessions with content and logistics

Data & Reporting

  • Generate and update weekly reports on core logging production and software usage
  • Work with internal teams to reconcile logging gaps and client activity issues
  • Assist in compiling product usage metrics, survey results, and adoption insights
  • Maintain internal dashboards or spreadsheets to track product KPIs

Operational Support (Core Table and Auto-Sampler)

  • Configure Core Table projects to align with client-specific logging SOPs, data structures, input types, and export format requirements
  • Support the Autosampler product by executing scripts and applying project-specific sampling SOPs to the product, and build sampling logic templates
  • Collaborate with Geoscience, Product Managers, and head of Core Table to interpret geoscience data needs and structure
  • Work with the development team when additional support is needed on sampling workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with R&D, Software, and UX teams to ensure smooth communication of product needs
  • Attend team meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist in preparing content for UX reviews, sprint planning, or geoscience input sessions

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
  • P.Geo. or G.I.T. status in Canada, maintained through a provincial governing body
  • Strong experience in core logging, geotech data, production geology, or drill program support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in product development, digital geology, or applied software workflows
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or similar collaboration tools
  • Comfortable learning tools like Jira, Confluence, other collaboration software

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with geological datasets (e.g., LiDAR, XRF, Hyperspectral)
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning in geoscience is a plus
  • Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or training materials

We are seeking a Senior Project Geologist to lead all aspects of drilling, core management, and field operations for the Zonia Project in Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to combine geological leadership with cutting-edge technology which will transform how exploration data is collected, analyzed, and modeled.

In this role, you will oversee the full drilling, logging, and sampling program, ensuring operational excellence and a strong safety culture while integrating advanced AI-enabled scanning, analytics, and modeling technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring proven health and safety leadership, extensive exploration program experience, a passion for innovation and an eagerness to help shape the future of digital, data-driven mineral exploration and project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Field Leadership
  • Plan, lead, and execute the full drilling program at Zonia, including contractor management, logistics, budgets, safety, and field operations.
  • Supervise drilling, core recovery, handling, storage, and sampling, ensuring best practices and QA/QC compliance.
  • Manage field teams, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Coordinate with RXS and Edge Copper teams to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Core Facility Operations
